外商投資企業(yè)和涉外業(yè)務(wù)公司各類印章的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)譯文怎么翻譯？

       1、公章---- company seal，corporate seal，Common seal

        來看Wikipedia對(duì)公章的定義：A company seal (sometimes referred to as the corporate seal or common seal) is an official seal used by a company. Company seals were predominantly used by companies in common law jurisdictions, although in modern times, most countries have abrogated the use of seals.

        company seal（或稱“corporate seal”或“Common seal”）是一個(gè)公司的官方印章。Company seals在過去由公司按公共法規(guī)定所使用，當(dāng)今世界多數(shù)國(guó)家已經(jīng)不再使用印章。

        由此可見，公章有三種說法：company seal，corporate seal，Common seal

        2、合同專用章---Contract seal

        首先，按國(guó)際慣例，沒有合同專用章這一說，老外只認(rèn)簽字不認(rèn)章，故，合同專用章具有明顯的中國(guó)特色。故，合同專用章可譯成—Contract seal。尤其在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中，章子花樣太多，怎能達(dá)到“單證相符，單單一致”？

        3、財(cái)務(wù)專用章---Seal of Finance Department

        此印章同樣具有中國(guó)特色，若譯成finance seal的話，估計(jì)會(huì)令來外很費(fèi)解，故空空譯成“Seal of Finance Department”

        4、法人名章--Legal representative seal

        法人是Legal representative，合同中若需要法人簽字蓋章時(shí)一般表示為“Legal representative （seal）”，故“法人名章”譯成“Legal representative seal”。

        5、發(fā)票專用章---Invoice seal or “For Invoice Only”

        6、報(bào)關(guān)專用章---Seal for customs declaration

        7、匯票專用章---Seal for Bill of Exchang or Draft Seal

        8、業(yè)務(wù)專用章---Seal for business
