完善全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理

中國提出的完善全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理的根本目標(biāo)是推動經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化朝著均衡、普惠、共贏的方向發(fā)展。均衡，就是要兼顧發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家需求，平衡發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家關(guān)切。普惠，就是要把各種實實在在的利益和好處帶給所有國家，惠及各國人民。共贏，就是要把本國利益同他國利益結(jié)合起來，把本國發(fā)展同各國共同發(fā)展聯(lián)系起來。全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理應(yīng)該由世界各國共同參與，特別是增加新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家的代表性和發(fā)言權(quán)。

Improving Global Economic Governance

The goal of improving global economic governance is, in our view, to transform economic globalization into a balanced, win-win process that bring benefits to all. The process has to be balanced so as to accommodate the needs of both developed and developing countries, and address their concerns. It should ensure that real results and benefits will accrue to all countries and their people. It should be a win-win game in which the interests and development needs of individual countries are interlocked and coordinated. Global economic governance requires the participation of all countries, and in particular enhanced representation of and a bigger say for emerging-market and developing countries.
