構建人類命運共同體

黨的十八大以來,習近平總書記站在人類歷史發(fā)展進程的高度,以大國領袖的責任擔當高瞻遠矚,在國際國內重要場合先后100多次提及人類命運共同體。黨的十九大報告提出，各國人民同心協(xié)力，構建人類命運共同體，建設持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁榮、開放包容、清潔美麗的世界。要相互尊重、平等協(xié)商，堅決摒棄冷戰(zhàn)思維和強權政治，走對話而不對抗、結伴而不結盟的國與國交往新路。要堅持以對話解決爭端、以協(xié)商化解分歧，統(tǒng)籌應對傳統(tǒng)和非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅，反對一切形式的恐怖主義。要同舟共濟，促進貿易和投資自由化便利化，推動經濟全球化朝著更加開放、包容、普惠、平衡、共贏的方向發(fā)展。要尊重世界文明多樣性，以文明交流超越文明隔閡、文明互鑒超越文明沖突、文明共存超越文明優(yōu)越。要堅持環(huán)境友好，合作應對氣候變化，保護好人類賴以生存的地球家園。

Building a community with a shared future for humanity

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping has elaborated on the idea of building a community with a shared future for humanity on more than 100 occasions at home and abroad, from the of progress of human society and the far-sighted vision of a major-country leader.

In his report to the 19th CPC National Congress, Xi called on the people of all countries to work together to build a community with a shared future for humanity, an open, inclusive, clean, and beautiful world that enjoys lasting peace, universal security, and common prosperity. We should respect each other, discuss issues as equals, reject the Cold War mentality and power politics, and take a new approach to developing state-to-state relations through communication instead of confrontation, and partnership instead of antagonistic blocs. We should commit to settling disputes through dialogue and resolving differences through discussion, coordinate responses to traditional and non-traditional threats, and combat terrorism in all its forms.

We should work together to promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and make economic globalization more open, inclusive, and balanced so that its benefits are shared by all. We should respect the diversity of civilizations. In handling relations among civilizations, let us replace mistrust with exchange, clashes with mutual learning, and a false sense of superiority with coexistence. We should be good friends to the environment, cooperate to tackle climate change, and protect our planet for the sake of human survival.
