協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展

作為 "五大發(fā)展理念"之一，協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展注重的是解決中國發(fā)展中的不平衡問題。中國以往高速發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)和積累的不平衡、不協(xié)調(diào)、不可持續(xù)問題，已經(jīng)成為繼續(xù)發(fā)展的"短板"。 "十三五"期間，中國將會增強(qiáng)發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)性，其重點(diǎn)有三：促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，旨在破解城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)難題；促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，旨在改變"一條腿長、一條腿短"失衡問題；促進(jìn)新型工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化同步發(fā)展，致力于在增強(qiáng)國家硬實(shí)力的同時注重提升國家軟實(shí)力，增強(qiáng)發(fā)展整體性。

Coordinated development

Coordinated development is the second of China's five concepts fordevelopment. In tandem with China's high-speed growth, problems of imbalance and unsustainable development have begun to emerge, becoming points of weakness that hinder its further development.The 13th Five-year Plan (2016-2020) envisions strengthened policy coordination aimed at (a) promoting coordinated urban and rural development, so as to overcome the usual urban-rural dichotomy; (b) facilitating coordinated economic and social development, so as to bridge the gaping gap currently existing between the two processes, and (c) synchronizing its new model of industrialization with efforts at expanding access to information technology, urbanization, and agricultural modernization. It is essential to integrate development efforts in different areas in a seamless manner that helps upgrade China's hard and soft power.
